RPF Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and age limit for the post of Constable and Sub Inspector under the Railway Protection Force are as follows.
Educational Qualification:
- SI – Must have a graduate degree from a UGC-recognized university.
- Constable – It is mandatory that the person has passed the matriculation examination.
Age Range:
- SI – Applicant age should not be at least 20 years and not more than 25 years.
- Constable – Age should be below 18 years and above 25 years.
There will be relaxation in the upper age of 10 years for OBC, SC/ST and OBC respectively.
RPF Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for RPF (Railway Protection Force) generally consists of several stages to ensure the recruitment of eligible and deserving candidates. All the stages will be conducted by the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB). The selection process may involve the following stages:
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT) – The initial stage of the selection process is a Computer-Based Test (CBT) which assesses the candidates’ knowledge in subjects such as General Awareness, Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning.
