Eligibility Criteria for Agniveer Vayu 2026
Age Limit
Candidates must be born between January 1, 2005 and July 1, 2008. The maximum age limit should not exceed 21 years at enrollment.
Educational Qualification
For Science Stream:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Mathematics, Physics and English subjects and 50% marks in English.
- Alternatively, a three-year Engineering Diploma with Physics and Mathematics or a two-year vocational course with 50% marks and 50% marks in English is also acceptable.
For Non-Science Stream:
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream (e.g., Arts or Commerce) and 50% marks in English.
- A two-year vocational course with the same percentage criteria is also eligible.
- Marital and Medical Conditions
- Only unmarried candidates are eligible to apply.
- Female candidates must undertake not to become pregnant during the engagement period.
