Jharkhand PSC 2024 Eligibility
Candidates willing to apply for JPSC Recruitment 2024 must be aware of the required eligibility criteria for the vacancies. Below we have discussed the minimum eligibility criteria in terms of education qualification and age limit mentioned in the JPSC Notification 2024.
Educational Qualification
Candidates wishing to apply for the JPSC exam must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/equivalent. Before applying for the exam the candidate must have the minimum educational qualification other than the age limit of JPSC.
- Applicants in the final year of graduation are not eligible unless they have passed their examination by the last date of application submission.
- Candidates applying for Jharkhand Planning Service will be eligible if they have a degree in any of the following subjects from a recognized university: Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography, Agricultural Science, or Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
Age Limit
The minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and the maximum age limit for the unreserved category should be 35 years. For Economically Weaker Section (EWS) the upper age limit is 35 years.
Nationality
If the candidates are citizens of India then they will be eligible. If a candidate is from another country then he/she will not be eligible to apply for the JPSC exam.
Physical Fitness
Candidates must be physically healthy and free from any infectious disease to be eligible for JPSC Recruitment.
