- In case twins are born in the second delivery, the third girl is also given the benefit. Similarly, if the first delivery is a girl and the second twins are girls, all three girls are eligible.

- On the homepage, select the Citizen Service Portal option.

- After successful registration, a user ID will be sent to the applicant’s mobile phone.
