Job Title: Batch Manager (SSC Category)

1. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Manage and oversee the operations of the SSC category batches at Khan Global Studies.
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of SSC category batches.
• Monitor and manage batch schedules for SSC exams, including SSC CGL, CHSL, and other SSC exams.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies and strategies for SSC category courses.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to create course content and study materials for SSC exams.
• Organize and manage mock tests and practice sessions specifically designed for SSC exams.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the SSC exams, including syllabus updates and exam pattern changes. 
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within Khan Global Studies.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement and participation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract more students to the SSC category batches.

2. Qualifications:

• Must have qualified SSC exams, particularly SSC CGL (Tier 2).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the SSC exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
• Previous experience in teaching or mentoring students preparing for SSC exams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students throughout their SSC exam preparation journey.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
