Job Title: Batch Manager (UP Category)

Job Type: Full-Time

1. Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Manage and oversee the operations of the UPPSC category batches at Khan Global Studies in Noida.
• Coordinate and ensure the smooth functioning of UPPSC category batches.
• Monitor and manage batch schedules for UPPSC exams, including UPPSC Prelims, Mains, and Interviews.
• Facilitate the enrollment process for UPPSC category batches, including student registrations and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to students throughout their UPPSC exam preparation journey.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track the progress of students.
• Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies and strategies for UPPSC category courses.
• Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to create course content and study materials specifically designed for UPPSC exams.
• Organize and manage mock tests and practice sessions tailored to UPPSC exam patterns and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the UPPSC exams, including syllabus updates and exam pattern changes.
• Provide counseling and guidance to students regarding exam strategies and career paths in the Uttar Pradesh government sector through UPPSC exams.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations within Khan Global Studies.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student engagement and participation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract more students to the UPPSC category batches.

2. Qualifications:

• Must have appeared in UPPSC mains exam (2 times) or appeared once in the interview.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the UPPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
• Previous experience in teaching or mentoring students preparing for UPPSC exams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to students throughout their UPPSC exam preparation journey.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
